Dear Laue family, I was saddened to learn of Petes passing . Pete and I had a warm friendship going back to high school. We worked ,for a time ,together in our early 20's. We had fun together! When we would bump into each other in recent years it was always a good happy catch-up with each of our lives. I'm so sorry for you loss. Bob

Dan and Ryan, You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Your Dad was a wonderful man and here is a poem we found to honor him ... Pete remained a true friend all our lives. Recently we spent days on the beach at Ocracoke, NC just talking, fishing and enjoying the friendship that could only develop over 50 years. He always spoke of his love for, and relationship with, Daniel & Ryan; and his commitment to having the best relationship possible with their Mom.
