Obituary of Todne Wellmann

Todne Wellmann, of Beach Haven, NJ, formerly of Mountain Lakes, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. She was 83 years old. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Anders and Marie Londahl, the family moved to their homeland in Norway for a few years before moving back the United States. Todne graduated from the University of Rochester. She taught middle school in Pottstown, PA and was a substitute teacher in Mountain Lakes. She and Gary were partners in every sense of the word, owning and building a family business together, Endot Industries in Rockaway, NJ. She was the company's Vice President while raising a loving family and traveling around the world to parts unknown, always avoiding typical tourist attractions. She had a passion for needlework which now adorns the homes of family and friends. Todne loved her homes in Mountain Lakes, Beach Haven and Bonita Springs where she would spend time with family and friends. She was actively involved with organizations within her communities including, King of Kings Lutheran Church and the Rockaway River Country Club. Surviving are her beloved husband of 61 years, Gerhard "Gary" Wellmann; devoted children, Steven Wellmann and his wife, Donna, Janice Robertson and her husband, Murray, and Jennifer Marin; loving sister, Turi Nixon and her husband, Ron; cherished grandchildren, Matt, Brian, Glenn, Chris, Amanda, Rachel and Hadley.
