Obituary of Mary E. Wheat
Mary E. Wheat, of Boonton Township, NJ, peacefully passed away at home in her sleep on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
Born in Orange, NJ to Joseph and Mary Newman, Mary was one of four children raised in South Orange, NJ. Mary also resided in Montville, NJ and Peru, MA before moving back to New Jersey in 2016.
Mary was a homemaker who was very proud of her Irish heritage.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, November 17th from 2:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:30 pm in the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ 07005.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard: a sister, Catherine Dickson and brothers, Joseph and Daniel Newman.
Surviving are her devoted daughter, Catherine “Cathy” Adipietro; loving grandchildren, Jessica , Kyle, Brad, Brian and Jay (Shannon); and a cherished great granddaughter, Shailei.
