I worked with Jay at Klemtner and Saatchi & Saatchi early in my career as a copywriter and will always remember Jay's quick smile and upbeat personality, regardless of the crazy deadlines we all had to meet. His impact on the agencies was lasting and his presence will be missed.

Sometimes gentle words can do much to soften the intense sadness when a dear loved one dies. God's Word acknowledges that our hearts can be "broken and crushed". (Psalm 51:17) Even in severe situations, God can bring relief to a stricken heart if we pray to him in full faith, and observe his commandments. (Psalm 143:8,10)
May "the God of all comfort" soothe the families aching hearts. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
With sympathy.

Jim and I are saddened to read of Jay's passing. He will be sorely missed by all. We so enjoyed playing golf with you both and listening to the tales of your many trips. We were blessed to have counted Jay as a good friend.

Jay and I worked together at Klemtner from 1990- until he left. In fact he interviewed me for the role of Medical Director. We talked about his honeymoon in Mexico and some of the stories he had from that trip
Sincere condolences
