Obituary of Diane B. Moller

Diane B. Moller, of Washington DC, passed away after a short illness on Friday, December 12, 2014. Born February 23, 1929 in Waterbury CT, raised in Ridgewood Queens, NY, and long term resident of Eastchester, NY, Diane was the daughter of Johanna and Richard Miller, loving wife to William A. Moller for over 40 years (preceded in death, 1993). Diane attended Richmond Hill high school in Queens, NY and worked as a secretary for an insurance company in Manhattan. She married in 1951 and started a family in 1953. Diane devoted her life to caring for her family and graciously maintaining long term friendships. She was a woman of great faith and participated in church activities wherever she called home. Survived by daughter Margaret A. Halpin (of Washington DC), son William R. Moller (of Boonton, NJ), brother and sister-in-law Richard and Waltraud Miller of Lewes, DE, niece Jessica Miller and her children Jackson and Jemma of Chatham, NJ. A memorial service for Diane B. Moller will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the First Reformed Church of Boonton, 236 Washington Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Forest Hills of DC for the Diane B.
