Dorothy E. Paul died peacefully at her home on Friday, May 30, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Russell L. Paul. They were married for 61 years. Dorothy was born in Keansburg, NJ on March 30, 1932 to Robert and Helen Poole. She grew up in Jersey City, NJ and graduated from Dickinson High School in 1950. In 1953 she married her high school sweetheart. They lived in Long Branch, NJ; Lansing, Michigan; and Basking Ridge, NJ before settling in Boonton Township in 1965. With her husband, Dorothy owned and operated Adwey, Inc. in Wharton, NJ for 25 years. Later they owned VoiceTel, Inc. In her retirement she worked at Price Waterhouse Cooper, Florham Park, NJ. Dorothy was deeply loved by her family and friends. She always provided the love and strength to help them reach their goals and face their challenges. For more than 50 years she hosted Thanksgiving Dinner and threw festive Christmas Eve parties for her extended family. In addition to her husband, Dorothy is survived by her five children and their spouses: Katherine and David Ray of Weslaco, TX.; Shirlee and Bob Krantz of Houston, TX; Stephen and Barbara Paul of Pompton Plains, NJ; Maureen and Brian Monihan of Moorestown, NJ; and Diane and Ralph Zito, of Downingtown, PA. Grand children, Lydia Herman and her husband Jamison; Daniel Ray and his wife Maricela, Timothy Ray, Sara Ray, Rebecca Ray; Nathalie and Harry Krantz; Christopher, Brittany and Matthew Paul; Aaron, Andrew, Tara and Kate Monihan; and Claire Zito. Two Great grandchildren, Nadia Herman and Daniella Ray; her sisters, Eileen Kennedy, Rita Farmer and Barbara Corizzi and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, George Poole.
