Buddy was a kind and gentle soul who I was blessed to have known as part of my family.

My Uncle Buddy was larger than life to me as I was growing up. He had the qualities that represented what I consider to be the ideal in a man. He was strong and loving and fiercely defended the people and things he loved -- his wife and family, his Country, even his dogs. He didnt give up, he never shirked his responsibilities and he never backed down. He was one in a million and I will cherish his memory forever.

God Bless you Bud. May your family and wife, Joan find peace at this time of sorrow. You were a kind neighbor, always cheerful and full of stories to share as we walked our dogs in Hastings. You are missed by us all. Logan will miss his "Buddy".

You will always be "Mr. Froumy" to me. I have such fun memories of you, and the whole family sitting around the kitchen table in Boonton. I love those days with the Froumys.
My love and sympathies go out to "Mrs. Froumy" Debbie, Cathy, and Carolyn. If I could be there I would.

How can I possibly write of the memories of nearly 50 years--there are far too many to fit in this space. Bud was my friend, my mentor, my confidant, my brother.
He had the unique ability to make you feel good about yourself, boost your ego, and give you confidence.
I will miss his intelligence, his wit, his political savvy. But I will meet you on the other side my friend.
