Steve Torday, of Boonton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Morristown Memorial Medical Center. He was 77 years old.
He was born in Budapest, Hungary and moved to the United States in1957, where he has resided in Boonton, NJ. It was in Boonton that he meet his wife Martha on Main Street outside the movie theatre.
Steve was a tool and die maker with Ultra Punch & Die in Boonton Twp., NJ for many years.
Surviving are his beloved wife Martha (Blackmon); a devoted son Steve Oswald Torday and a grandson Shawn Steven Torday. He was predeceased by his loving daughter Martha Esther.
Services were private in care of the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, Boonton, NJ.
