Biagio Passione, of Monte di Procida, Italy, passed away on August 23, 2013 after a wonderful life of 95 years.
Biagio lived his entire life in his town of Monte di Procia, Italy. He was a Veteran of World War II, serving in the Italian Army, where he survived eight years in a concentration camp.
In his life he was a soldier, chef of a ship and an artist.
He enjoyed making wine, baskets and drawing - he was an all around Renaissance Man.
Surviving is his beloved wife of 61 years, Filomena; devoted sons Antonio, Aniello and Giovanni; a loving daughter Rachele Barone; a dear brother Giulio; also eight grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, 910 Birch St. Boonton, NJ on Saturday, October 5th at 9:00AM, given in his honor by Maria Pesci, Rosaria D'Aniello, Adele DiBiase and their families.
