BOONTON TOWNSHIP---Cecile Kestner Nathan died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Victoria Mews Assisted Living following a brief illness. She was 96.
Born in Waco, Texas she lived in Dallas, Texas most of her life before moving to Boonton Township 5 years ago.
Mrs. Nathan was a homemaker.
She received her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO.
Her husband, Julian R. Nathan, died in 2008.
She is survived by her daughter, Betsy N. Rescorla of Morristown; two grandchildren Kimberly Rescorla and Trevor Rescorla and her longtime caregiver, Winnie.
Graveside services were held at Agudath Jacob Cemetery, Waco, TX.
Arrangements were by Mackey Funeral Home ( www.mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton
