Joan A. McCarthy, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, formerly of Boonton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
Family and friends are invited for visitation at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ 07005 on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 77 DeForest Avenue, Eat Hanover, NJ on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 9:30 am, the entombment will follow. . Born in Morristown, NJ, to her parents, Samuel and Grace Snaidman, Joan was raised in Boonton where she lived before moving to Rehoboth Beach several years ago. Besides raising her family with her husband, the late Richard J., she was a telemarketing representative with TMP Worldwide in Mt. Olive, NJ for many years before her retirement.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. and her sister, Natalie Wieder. Surviving are her sons, Michael R. and David W. and granddaughters, Alexis and Tara.
